Used frequently in baby blankets and plush dolls, Velboa is a synthetic fabric that is extremely soft, and almost fur-like. Being synthetic lends to its practical use given its stain-resistant and machine-washable properties. Even though it was made for Basic Comfort changing pads, the Ultra Plush changing pad cover will fit standard 16-by-34-inch changing pads and accommodates security straps as well.
